Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order is placed on IslandSportWorks.com you will receive an automated confirmation email within 20 minutes. If you recently placed an order and have not received an email, please verify your email address was entered correctly at checkout and then check your spam and/or junk folder.

In the rare case that you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at sales@islandsportworks.com.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Sales Tax

IslandSportWorks.com is located in New Jersey. By law, we are required to charge New Jersey State sales tax for orders placed in New Jersey. However, we are not required to collect sales tax for orders placed in states other than New Jersey.

Returns  

  • Island Sport Works accepts returns on products that are in Uninstalled, New and Resalable condition only. If you need to return a product purchased on IslandSportWorks.com, you must contact us via email at sales@islandsportworks.com within 14 days of initial purchase date. 
  • In the rare event that you receive the incorrect items, please contact us within 3 Days (72 hours) at sales@islandsportworks.com. Please check your order for accuracy immediately upon receipt.
  • Island Sport Works reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been installed, used or damaged in any way.
  • Island Sport Works will not accept returns if any part or component of your order is missing. We will not accept any return that is damaged during return shipping.
  • Unless you receive an incorrect or defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns will have the original shipping charges deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact sales@islandsportworks.com immediately with your request and order number. We process orders quickly and we cannot cancel or modify your order once it has shipped. Please double check that your order is correct before submitting your order at checkout.
